Orders for in-stock pedals are typically processed and handed off to the courier within 2–3 business days. Processing time does not include transit time, which is determined by the courier and the selected shipping method.

Preorder, backordered, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated ship dates for these items are provided at the time of purchase or on the product page and are subject to change. Orders containing preorder or made-to-order items may ship once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tallon Electric is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact Tallon Electric through the contact form on our website and include your order number. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and determine next steps.
